Shipment and delivery time

Navarro Florista has its own transport fleet and internal staff to carry out the deliveries, ensuring a meticulous and carefuldelivery service so that your flowers arrive in perfect conditions, just as we prepared them in our florist’s.Since flowers are delicate, it is essential to control that part of the process and to make sure that our transport system is respectful.

EXPRESS DELIVERY AND FREE SHIPMENT

The shipment costs of the purchases made in Barcelona, Badalona, Sant Adrià de Besòs, Sant Boi de Llobregat, Cornellà de Llobregat, Esplugues de Llobregat, Sant Just Desvern, L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Santa Coloma de Gramenet, Viladecans and Sant Joan Despí are FREE. For other destinations in Catalonia please check here* all prices.

*FOR PURCHASES OF OVER 300 €, SHIPMENT COSTS ARE FREE

Remember to contact us if you want to deliver your purchase in other locations within the Spanish State or rest of the world and remember that, in this case, the customer pays the shipment costs.

Shipments of purchases made through our online shop are only sent within the area of Catalonia with our own fleet. If you want to purchase flowers to be delivered to any other placewithin the Spanish State or the rest of world, you can contact us, we will show you how to do it and give you all the information about the cost and the time of delivery. We work with Interflora. You can contact us by calling at the 93 300 26 29, from 6:00 h to 21:00 every day of the year, or you can do so through our contact form.

DELIVERY TIME

The purchases made throughout the day and until 19pm will be delivered the same day,if the destination is in Catalonia. Those ones made after 19h will be delivered the following day. The period is calculated in calendar days, from Monday to Sunday, including holidays, and from the moment the payment has been received (if you have selected credit card or Paypal, it is immediate). The delivery is made through our own carriers in the addressyou have indicated when making your purchase. At thatmoment, you should also indicate which day you want your delivery to be made, in case of not wanting an immediate shipment.

Reimbursements

You need to check the shipment status at the moment of its reception provided you can immediately inform us of any possible claim. We remind you that after 48 hours, we do not guarantee the reimbursementfor damages occurred during the transport.
